BIG TEST FOR SKIP

Skip went in for his yearly checkup and the Doctor was shocked that he has never had his colon checked, so off he went to another doctor who scheduled Skip for a colonoscopy on Monday. That meant no food after Saturday evening, so Sunday was a fasting day and drinking a gallon of some nasty tasting stuff that really cleaned him out. Monday we went to the clinic for the test, which came out really good. YEA!!! We finished up around noon so we were good and hungry. I took him to a really good cafe. The food was great and tasted wonderful. The cafe is called Creative Cafe and the owner hires handicapped people to greet you and bring your beverages and clean the tables. They were alot of fun to meet. Our week is flying by tuesday we went to a breakfast for Newmar owners, you meet great people and the meeting is really informative. Today is wednesday and we are meeting two other couples for lunch. Hank & Shirley are from East Wenatchee and Dee & Louise from Casa Grande. They choose a pizza place which is the best in Casa Grande. Friday we have a tee time to play golf with new friends George and Kathy, who are from Colorado. They have invited us to come and visit them. We plan to go see them in September on the way back down to Arizona for the winter.
