We started our day by attending a Newmar Owners breakfast at the Holidy Inn this morning. They had a good turn out and we met some very nice people who share their interest in Newmar products.
Breakfast was followed by a trip to the doggie park for the other half of the family. We then took a drive to the town of Florence, AZ to scout out potential lunch sites for a motrcycle trip we are planning for this friday. We will be trying out the Old Pueblo Restaurant in the old part of town. Will report on that later.
Our final stop today was at the Casa Grande Ruins National Moument. The remains were originally built by the Hohokam Indians in the 1300's, it is the largest structure known to exist from the Hohokam times. Early Spanish explorers called it Casa Grande ("Great House") hence the name for our recent hometown.

Awesome, and it sounds like you are having more fun that the early Hohokam Indians! Not as much worked involved! Love the history and I am sure that you love the retirement more. We do love the pics. Love, Les and Sue
